Constitutional and legal experience of implementation of the principles of human rights protection by prosecutors

This paper presents the results of analysis foreign experience constitutional and legal regulation implementation principles human rights protection by prosecutor's office (on example member states Commonwealth Independent States). In constituent acts declared group states, an ontological set for freedoms is revealed, due to their regulatory binding nature individual collective subjects relations. The reflection (directly or indirectly) in CIS goals, objectives, powers activity areas related protection, made it possible draw a conclusion about development institution territory post-Soviet space dimension.
